How to Connect QuickBooks Online

Overview
Connecting Biller Genie to QuickBooks Online only takes a few steps. Once the sync is complete, your customers, invoices, and items will be available in Biller Genie.
Connect Biller Genie to QuickBooks Online
Warning!
If you have multiple QuickBooks Online company files, selecting the incorrect file will sync unwanted data into your Biller Genie account.
- In Biller Genie, click Add-ons Marketplace. Select the Accounting Software category and click the QuickBooks Online tile. You can also use the search field to find it.
- Click Install.
- Click Connect to QuickBooks.
- You will be taken to the Intuit login page. Sign in as an Admin user for the company file you want to connect.
- Click Connect to grant QuickBooks permission to connect with Biller Genie.
- You will be returned to your Biller Genie account and a sync will begin automatically. Once the sync is complete, you will see a successful notification confirming the connection.
If your QuickBooks login credentials change
Updating your Intuit or QuickBooks Online login credentials may sever the connection with Biller Genie. If your sync stops working after a credentials change, reconnect by following the steps below.
- In Biller Genie, go to Add-ons and select QuickBooks Online.
- Click Disconnect from QuickBooks.
- Follow the Connect Biller Genie to QuickBooks Online steps above starting from step 3.
