The Dual Pricing Invoice View & Checkout Experience Customer Portal view

With Biller Genie's compliant dual pricing option, your invoices and emails will present both a card and ACH (or cash) price for your customers, side-by-side.

The Dual Pricing Invoice View & Checkout Experience

Step 1: Sync the invoice in from your accounting software. 

Step 2: The invoice will show both Card and ACH (or Cash) price 

 

Step 3: The emails from Invoice Messenger and Reminderes is sent to the customer and the total displayed matches the amount from the accounting software. 

Step 4: The payment summary screen displays both the Card and ACH (or Cash) price side-by-side

Step 5: The card checkout screen will only show the amount on the payment method selected

Step 6: The emailed customer card payment receipt shows the amount paid by the customer

 
 

Customer Portal view

Customers will see columns for both card and ACH balances from within their customer portal login
