Biller Genie keeps a record of every invoice we send you for your subscription. You can access them at any time from inside the Merchant Portal.
How to find your subscription invoices
- Click your name in the top-right corner of the Biller Genie portal.
- Select Billing.
- Scroll down to the Invoice History table.
By default the table shows your open invoices. To see your full history, use the dropdown to switch the view to All. You can also download a PDF of any individual invoice by clicking the invoice number.
What if I see a charge I do not recognize?
Contact support@billergenie.com with the invoice number. We can walk you through what the charge is for, what plan it relates to, and whether the line items reflect your current account configuration.
