Comparing Plugin and Premium Plan Features

Biller Genie offers two main plans, Plugin and Premium. Premium unlocks the higher-value automation features; Plugin is the lighter tier. The exact feature mix on your account can vary because some resellers include specific Premium features inside their Plugin offering.

Premium-tier features (most common)

  • Customer Portal — self-service invoice viewing, payment, and stored payment method management for your customers.
  • Automated Reminders — scheduled email or SMS reminders that go out before due date, on due date, and past due.
  • Bulk autopay across multiple invoices per customer.
  • Advanced reporting (transactions, reminders, sync history, etc.).
  • Custom branding on emails and the Customer Portal.

Plugin-tier features

Plugin includes the core syncing and payment-acceptance capabilities, plus whichever Premium features your reseller has bundled in. Common bundles include Customer Portal access, basic reminders, or partial sets of the Premium reports.

How to confirm what you have

Your reseller or the team that onboarded you to Biller Genie can confirm which plan you are on and which features are enabled. You can also see which features are visible in the Merchant Portal sidebar — features that are not enabled either do not appear or appear with an upgrade prompt.
