Editing Your Company Address, Phone, and Display Name

The company address and phone number that appear on your invoices come from your Biller Genie account profile. Most of these fields you can edit yourself; a few require contacting Biller Genie support.

Fields you can edit yourself

Click your username in the top-right corner of the Biller Genie portal, then click Billing. From the billing screen you can edit:

  • Company address (street, city, state, postal code).
  • Phone number.

Save the changes and they take effect on all future invoices and emails.

Fields that require Biller Genie support

To change either of the following, contact support so we can verify the change and update it for you:

  • DBA Name (the name customers see on the invoice and receipt).
  • Account email address (the email Biller Genie uses to contact you, NOT the email customers see).

Email support@billergenie.com with the requested change. Include the current value and the desired new value, plus any context that confirms the change is authorized.

What about the email shown to customers?

The "reply-to" email that appears on customer-facing invoice emails is your support / billing email — usually editable in Control Panel > Settings. If you also want emails to APPEAR to come from your own domain, see Using Custom Email Domains with Biller Genie.
