When Will I Receive My Deposits?
Biller Genie specializes in invoice automation to help businesses get paid quickly and easily. However, it's important to clarify that while we integrate with third-party payment processors to facilitate payments, we do not directly handle payment processing or bank deposits.
The timing of your card, ACH, and alternative payments deposits will vary based on several factors and while Biller Genie can provide some broad guidelines, the only way to know exactly when your funds will be deposited, is to contact your payment processor, as they each have their own policies and procedures.
Keep in mind, you may have one processor for credit cards, and another for ACH, and other payment methods.
