All Transactions Report
Table of Contents
The All Transactions Report contains a record for every payment that has been processed through Biller Genie's invoicing platform (using your connected payment processing account). It will not contain transactions that were made via cash, paper check, or that were processed outside of Biller Genie.
You can access this report to:
- Confirm the details of a transaction
- Detach a transaction from an invoice
- Apply a standalone transaction to an invoice
- Generate a receipt for a transaction
- Refund or Void a transaction
Step 1
In the Biller Genie portal, navigate to Reports > All Transactions
Step 2
Filter and sort as needed.
- Use ‘Filter By Date’ to narrow the window of when the transaction occurred.
- Use the dropdown on the right to toggle between Approved and Declined transactions.
- Click the funnel on any column to sort by that value.
- Use the search bar by entering any transaction data you already have.
Not all transactions will have an invoice/sales receipt attached, but those that do will have a hyperlink for quick access of those documents.
