General Overview
Biller Genie's mobile experience is designed to make it easier to create, send, and collect on your invoices straight from your phone. The mobile app allows businesses to create or view current customers, invoices, and sales receipts, generate QR codes for customers to easily access a payment page, and even process checks.
Key Functions
- Search for Open invoices and send to customers or even generate QR codes for customers to use to initiate a payment

- Easily create new Sales Receipts if an invoice doesn't exist for a customer but you need to run a transaction
- Can also easily create a new customer if there isn't a customer record already created
- Scan and process checks directly from your phone
- Enter check info from this pod on the homepage

- Note - this will require being set up for check processing
Getting Started
- Access your account from billergenie.com from your phone

- Tap “Install” at the bottom of your screen, no app store required

Additional Notes
- Users can toggle back to the “Desktop View” on their phone by selecting the 3 menu button in the header > “Request Desktop Site”

- Customers and Sales Receipts created in the mobile app will sync over to your accounting software.
- Advised that if you are creating a transaction in real time in a field environment to use a Sales Receipt rather than creating new invoices
- Creating an invoice is only available of the “Create an Invoice” add-on is installed within the merchant portal
- iPhone users will be able to “Scan Card” when they go to input card information
