Turning Off Reminders for Specific Customers

You can customize which reminders are sent for specific customers.
Step 1
Navigate to Customer > Select a Customer
Step 2
Go to the customer’s reminders tab and click Edit.
Step 3
Turn off the reminders you want to disable for the customer and click Update Customer.
