Customers Reports Control Panel Add-Ons Contacting Support

Click here if you have NOT completed the Sync between your Theramanager software and Biller Genie. 

Already synced? Read below to get started using Biller Genie's most common features!

 

Customers

Adding a Customer in the Biller Genie portal is required if you want to be able to save a card number for future use. (It will be tokenized and saved securely in our vault).

Step 1: Click Customers in the menu on the left

Step 2: Click Add A Customer in the top right

Step 3: Complete the customer info fields. Patient ID must match the Patient ID in TheraManager for proper syncing between systems.

 

Reports

All Transactions report: A convenient tool to get quick access to detailed information on your customer charges. 

Click the ID number of any transaction to:

  • Void/Refund the transaction
  • View more details
  • Print or send a copy of the receipt

 

Control Panel

Branding: Customize your payments page and customer receipts by uploading your business logo here.

Step 1: Click Control Panel > Branding

Step 2: Click Choose File to upload either a wide or square logo

Step 3: Crop logo, if desired.

Step 4: Click the blue Upload button

Settings: This is where you can customize email notifications, your customer-facing email address, and other details that will help Biller Genie integrate with your current process. 

Users: Here you can set up logins for your staff.

Step 1: Click Add new User

Step 2: Fill in their name and email

 

Add-Ons

Virtual Terminal: While most transactions will be processed directly in TheraManager/PsychEase, the Virtual Terminal is available should any payment need to be run outside of a patient record.

Option 1: Help Center

Click Help Center in the left menu (you're reading a Help Center article right now)

Option 2: Submit a ticket

Click the dropdown menu next to your name in the top right. Then click Submit a Ticket

Option 3: Live chat

Click the Chat icon in the bottom right corner to chat with an agent
