Issue: Customer is unable to log in
Solution 1: Ensure their status in your Biller Genie account is set to “Active.”
Solution 2: Ensure the email address they are registering with, matches what you have on their profile, and that there is only one email address in the field.
Solution 3: In the Add-ons Marketplace, make sure the portal shows “Installed”
Solution 4: Have them use the “Forgot Password?” link.
