Overview
This guide walks you through connecting your Biller Genie account to Xero. Once the sync is established, Biller Genie will pull in your customer and invoice information automatically.
Note: A sync must be established with Xero before Biller Genie can work with your customer and invoice information.
Step 1: Install the Xero Integration
- Log in to your Biller Genie account.
- Click Add-ons Marketplace and search for “Xero.”
- Click the Xero tile, then click Install.


Step 2: Connect to Xero
- Click Connect to Xero to begin.
- You will be directed to the Xero login page.
- Log in to your Xero account.


Step 3: Confirm the Sync
Once you log in, a sync will initiate automatically. You will see a sync status notification in Biller Genie. When the status shows Successful, your account is connected and your customers, open invoices, and line items will be available in Biller Genie.
