How to Connect Xero

Overview

This guide walks you through connecting your Biller Genie account to Xero. Once the sync is established, Biller Genie will pull in your customer and invoice information automatically.

 

 

Note: A sync must be established with Xero before Biller Genie can work with your customer and invoice information.

 

 

Step 1: Install the Xero Integration

  1. Log in to your Biller Genie account.
  2. Click Add-ons Marketplace and search for “Xero.”
  3. Click the Xero tile, then click Install.

Step 2: Connect to Xero

  1. Click Connect to Xero to begin.
  2. You will be directed to the Xero login page.
  3. Log in to your Xero account.

Step 3: Confirm the Sync

Once you log in, a sync will initiate automatically. You will see a sync status notification in Biller Genie. When the status shows Successful, your account is connected and your customers, open invoices, and line items will be available in Biller Genie.
