Checking QuickBooks Desktop Sync Status (v2014-2021 R3)

If QuickBooks Desktop is not syncing, here are some common ways to reestablish a successful sync.
If you are experiencing issues with your QuickBooks Desktop sync, it is recommended that you check that you are currently syncing on the latest version of the Biller Genie Sync Manager. Check out Updating the Biller Genie Sync Manager for a step-by-step guide on how to update your Biller Genie Sync Manager to the latest version.
It is also recommended that you check the status of your Biller Genie integration for any errors. You can check your integration status by doing the following:

Go to Add-ons > QuickBooks Desktop
Step 2
Check if you have any error messages under Latest Sync Results.
